Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all bookings made through both the Blacour Salon Booking App (for customers) and the Blacour Business App (for salons and barbers).

Customer Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their bookings through the App up to 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations cannot be made within 2 hours of appointment time

  • For timely cancellations (more than 2 hours in advance), customers will receive a full refund in the original payment method used (card, wallet, or bank account).

  • Refund processing time: Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Salon/Barber Cancellations

  • Salons and barbers can cancel bookings through the App at any time before the scheduled appointment time.

  • Upon cancellation by the salon/barber, customers will be notified and offered the following options:

    • Reschedule the booking: Customers can choose a new date, time, and barber for the same service with the same salon, free of charge.

    • Request a refund: Customers can request a full refund, which will be processed according to the terms below.

  • For customer-requested refunds due to salon/barber cancellations, the same process as section 1 applies: full refund in the original payment method, processed within 7 working days.


  • Blacour reserves the right to modify or waive this Policy in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or technical outages.

  • This Policy does not apply to promotional offers or packages with specific cancellation terms. Please refer to the individual offer details for more information.

  • This policy applies to both the Blacour Salon Booking App (for customers) and the Blacour Business App (for salons/barbers).

  • Salons and barbers, let your customers know about this policy when confirming bookings.
