Welcome to Blacour Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Blacour," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Blacour Salon Booking App (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Creation and Use
Create an account with your name, phone number, and email address. Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
User Conduct
Use the App lawfully and responsibly, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

You retain ownership but grant Blacour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your Content on the App and in any other media. You are solely responsible for your submitted Content and its publication consequences.

Cancellation and Refund
Salon and Barber Services
The App is a platform connecting users with salons and barbers. Blacour does not provide these services itself. Ensure services you book are provided by qualified professionals and comply with their terms and conditions.
Availability and Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blacour does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacour shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blacour, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Blacour may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blacour with respect to your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
Changes to Terms
Blacour may modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
