Welcome to Blacour Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("Blacour," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Blacour Business App for Salons (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
Eligibility
You must be a legally authorized representative of a registered salon business to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Account Creation and Use
Salon owners create an account with their name, phone number, email address, and salon details (name, location, address, type, pictures, phone number). Each barber added to the platform requires their name, photo, email address, mobile number, and experience. Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and account activities. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
User Conduct
Use the App ethically and responsibly, complying with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent or misleading activities.

Harm, threaten, or defame others.

Violate privacy or intellectual property rights of others.

Manipulate booking records or financial data.

Interfere with the App's functionality or servers.
Content and Communication
You may share promotional materials and communicate with customers through the App. Ensure information is accurate and complies with advertising regulations. Avoid spam or deceptive practices.
Data Sharing and Privacy
You acknowledge and agree that your salon and barber information, booking details, and financial data may be shared with relevant parties (customers, third-party support providers) to facilitate smooth service delivery, analytics, and legal compliance. We ensure strict data security measures and adherence to applicable data privacy regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data collection and usage.
Cancellation and Refund
Salon and Barber Services
Ensure the services you offer are delivered by qualified professionals and comply with all legal and hygiene standards. Maintain accurate schedules and completion times in the App. Communicate effectively with customers and address their concerns promptly.
Availability and Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Blacour does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
Earnings and Financial Data
The App provides transparent tracking of salon and individual barber earnings. All financial transactions adhere to applicable tax regulations. Utilize the provided financial analytics tools responsibly and ethically.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacour shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blacour, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
Termination
Blacour may terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Blacour with respect to your use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
Changes to Terms
Blacour may modify these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
